Not sure which plan you need?

Try out a free plan as long as you like. If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can choose a monthly or annual subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you downgrade to the Free plan.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for monthly and annual subscriptions. We also accept company Purchase Orders.

What is Web Communicator?

Web Communicator is a feature-rich web application that allows any office-based or mobile worker to participate in WAVE Connections chat using an industry standard PC. Learn more.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

You can upgrade, downgrade, add or remove channels and users, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade during a billing cycle, you'll be billed for the difference between the old plan and the new plan for the rest of the billing cycle. If you downgrade, the plan will change at the end of the billing cycle.
